This EVO is designed to upgrade the stats of the strikers (ST) in EA FC 25. Any player (ST) who meets these requirements is eligible:

Diogo Jota is a striker from Portugal and has an OVR 85, upgradable to 89. The passing skills of Diogo Jota are good, but they can be made exceptional with this free EVO. Diogo already has Rapid PlayStyle but completing the 3rd challenge gives him Power Shot+ PlayStyle+.
Federico Chiesa is also included in this list of strikers because of his good pace (93). His other stats, like dribbling & shooting, can also be upgraded after the FC 25 EVO. This would make the Federico Chiesa evolved card a very good striker on the field.
